eagleidea (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“Act”). This Privacy Notice applies to all digital personal data collected directly from individuals (“Data Principals”) accessing our web application, mobile interface, or related services.
We process only the minimum digital personal data necessary for the specified purposes:

Creating and authenticating your account, securing sessions, and preventing unauthorized access.
Workspace & Kanban Delivery
Enabling you to capture ideas, record progress, post comments, and manage your solopreneur workflow.

Sending email verifications, password resets, and critical service/security notifications.
Statutory & Security Compliance
Maintaining consent audit records, processing grievance requests, and preventing security breaches.

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you are entitled to the following statutory rights:
Right to Access Information (Section 11)
You have the right to obtain a summary of your personal data being processed and download a complete machine-readable copy (JSON export) via your Privacy Dashboard.
Right to Correction & Updating (Section 12(1)-(2))
You have the right to correct inaccurate data, complete incomplete information, and update your profile details at any time.
Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten (Section 12(3) & 8(7))
You have the right to request permanent erasure of your personal data when you withdraw consent or when your account is closed. This automatically purges all ideas, comments, sessions, and credentials.
Right to Withdraw Consent (Section 6(4))
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with ease comparable to giving consent via your Privacy Dashboard.
Right to Nominate (Section 14)
You have the right to nominate an individual who can exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
eagleidea is intended strictly for individuals aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. We do not engage in tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer for immediate erasure.
We retain personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the service. Once you delete your account or withdraw consent, we permanently erase all personal data, ideas, comments, and authentication tokens across all active databases and notify our processors to do the same.

Response Timeframe: Grievances and rights requests will be responded to within 30 days of receipt.
Under Section 13(3) of the Act, Data Principals should first exhaust the opportunity of redressing their grievance with our Grievance Officer. If you remain unsatisfied with our resolution, you have the statutory right under Section 5(1)(iii) and Chapter VI to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India via its designated digital office portal and proceedings.
