Killing or parking an idea is a strategic win! Archived ideas are preserved in your archive with their full discussion and notes. Ideas are never permanently lost and can be revived months or years later whenever market timing or your skillset evolves.

Why is there a limit on active Kanban ideas?

Solopreneurs who attempt to build 5 projects at once end up shipping 0. eagleidea deliberately encourages keeping your active board focused so you finish and monetize what you start before getting distracted by new shiny ideas.

Can I export all my data?

Yes, absolutely. You own your data completely. You can export all your ideas, notes, and activity at any time.

Terms of Service

Conditions of use, service commitments, and Data Principal obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in via Google, or using eagleidea, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility (Age Requirement)

In compliance with Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Statutory Duties of the Data Principal (Section 15 of DPDPA 2023)

As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are legally required to perform the following duties:

Comply with Applicable Laws: Comply with all applicable Indian laws while exercising your rights under the Act.

No Impersonation: Ensure that you do not impersonate any other person while providing your personal data.

No Suppression of Material Information: Ensure that you do not suppress any material information when providing personal data or identifiers.

No False or Frivolous Grievances: Ensure that you do not register a false or frivolous grievance or complaint with the Data Fiduciary or the Data Protection Board.

Furnish Verifiable Authentic Information: Furnish only such information as is verifiably authentic when exercising rights of correction, updating, or erasure.

4. User-Generated Ideas & Content Ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights and full ownership of all ideas, titles, descriptions, and comments you create within your eagleidea workspace. We do not claim ownership, sell, or license your ideas to any third party.

5. Termination & Data Erasure

You may terminate your account at any time by exercising your Right to Erasure via the Privacy Dashboard. Upon deletion, all your ideas, comments, sessions, and personal data are permanently purged in accordance with Section 12(3) and Section 8(7) of the DPDP Act 2023.
